What does a bookkeeper do?

What accounting software do you support?

I am a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and I use QuickBooks online for most of my clients.  I work with QuickBooks Ledger, Simple Start, Plus and Advanced.  I also have experience with Xero and Gusto Payroll. If you already have a subscription to software you can easily add me to your subscription as an Accountant user. If you don’t have a subscription yet, I can assist you in setting it up and provide a discount on your purchase.

Are you a CPA?

I am not a CPA. I am a bookkeeper who organizes your small business finances for you each month at a lower cost than most CPAs charge. 

Do you file taxes?

I do not offer tax services, but I prepare your financials to ensure they are organized and ready for your tax preparer.  I’m also happy to work with them if they have any questions or require modifications to your books.

How much do you charge?

Just like your business, your bookkeeping should be uniquely tailored to meet your needs. I customize my packages based on your specific requirements, offering a flat monthly fee to eliminate any surprises. My pricing is based on the number of bank accounts, credit cards, loans, POS systems, and monthly transactions you handle.
